Fees
All fees are determined by the Executive
Transition Management (ETM) Services Work Plan, which is a modifiable working
agreement cooperatively developed by the Support Center
and the client. The ETM Services Work
Plan is modular and clients can engage the Support Center
for either a portion or all of the proposed transition activities, although we
do not do an Executive Search without an Organizational Assessment as
preparation. Fees typically range from
$25,000 to $45,000, depending on the specific needs of the client and the
services requested. Please note that
third-party search-related expenses such as paid advertising and candidate
travel are not reflected in the estimate provided in the ETM Services Work Plan
Proposal. Our comprehensive executive transition management service consists of
four major phases:
Succession Planning with CEO and Key StaffCost: Typically ranges from $4,000-$8,000

Funding
The Support Center can assist you in securing
funding to finance your executive transition. We could accompany you to
meetings or participate in conference calls with your funders which you
arrange. During such meeting or phone
calls, we would present the benefits of ETM Services, which could lead to
funding for your executive transition. Further, we can assist you in your
preparation of a grant proposal requesting funds for these transition
management services.
